The staff's English proficiency can be improved, causing some difficulties in communication.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Seoul. The location was perfect, just a short walk from popular attractions and right by a subway station. The subway station was just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the city. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a smart TV and multiple charging points. I particularly enjoyed the view of the N Seoul tower from my room. The breakfast provided was decent, although I would have liked to see more variety. The staff at the front desk were able to speak English, a great help.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away down a dark alley in Seoul. Despite its location, the staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel was clean and new. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which offered pleasant views over the backstreets of the neighborhood. The hotel also provided basic amenities, including a laptop, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of hot and cold food.
